Thank you for shopping with MyBody Scents, LLC. We want you to love your purchase, but due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any personal care, beauty, or fragrance items once they have been shipped.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@mybodyscents.com

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they have not been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us at info@mybodyscents.com

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved (for damaged, defective, or cancelled orders), it will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
